Thousands of fans were out Friday to attend the first of three sold out shows for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at MetLife Stadium.
Many fans could be seen with decked out cars in the venue’s parking lot. Some told News 12 that this is their first time seeing the pop star in perform in person.
“We’ve been listening to Taylor Swift for a while,” said Grace Michlik, of East Brunswick. “We’ve never seen her in concert.”
Swift fans also traded friendship bracelets in the parking lot.
“The bracelet trading has been my favorite part. So nice and so sweet,” said 15-year-old Leah Fox.
