Update: Brockton High student stabbed outside school was Med-Flighted, 3 arrested
One of the two Brockton High School students who were stabbed during an altercation near the school’s softball field was MedFlighted to a Boston hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, Brockton police spokesperson Darren Duarte said Monday. The two stabbing victims are students at Brockton High School, Duarte said. “The suspect who did the stabbing is also a juvenile,” Duarte continued.

Twelve-year-old Liam Morrison and his family filed a lawsuit against the town of Middleboro and school officials after he was sent home from school twice for wearing a controversial shirt that school officials said broke the dress code. Morrison’s attorneys announced Wednesday his family filed a federal lawsuit against the town for violating his First Amendment right to freedom of speech during school.
